The Aebi loaders of the new generation can take up to 11% more load. The maximum loading volume of the LD 540 is 25m3 and 23m3 for the LD 530. Thanks to the larger raking width of the pick-up with identical outer width, large swaths of fodder can be picked up cleanly and precisely at high speed. This saves time and fuel and makes the new loaders not only economical but also ecologically interesting. The ground hugging of the pickup has been further perfected, so it follows the ground contours precisely and the cleanest raking is guaranteed. The central blade lock ensures fast and safe blade installation. The up to 19 knives are pulled centrally into the end position and locked in place with just one movement, and can be positioned anywhere in the forage flow. As a new standard, the rear door is opened and swung up hydraulically directly from the driver's cab, which further simplifies the work process. The telescopic rear crossbar on the scissor-bar superstructure ensures fast unloading. It automatically raises when the rear door is swung up. The LD 530 and LD 540 loaders are available for the short and long wheelbase, as well as in narrow and wide versions. The Aebi loaders with state-of-the-art technology stand for a powerful and efficient forage harvest, both in forage and silage applications.
