Shortly before the winter season, the production of spreaders such as Stratos, Syntos & Co. is running at full speed here. After the steel parts are delivered, the basic frame of the Stratos spreaders, for example, is manufactured in the in-house welding shop. This is followed by surface treatment and powder coating before assembly. Here they take care of the inner workings of the spreaders, assemble electronics, install software and, depending on the customer's wishes, attach dampening salt tanks. Before delivery, each spreader is subjected to a precise test before it is finally sent on its journey to the customer - usually within 3 days of completion.
